Your Key Responsibilities

* To contribute to the end-to-end SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), from analysis and architecture through to testing and deployment.
* To write well-designed, testable and scalable code that adheres to established standards and best practices.
* To actively participate in team discussions and contribute your technical expertise to guide the direction of projects.
* To evaluate and improve system scalability and performance, identifying bottlenecks and developing proactive solutions.
* To assist in quality assurance processes by collaborating with Quality Assurance teams to ensure high standards of software delivery.
* To own and maintain specific modules and codebases, including documentation and improvement initiatives.
* To help evolve internal build tools, CI/CD pipelines and automation capabilities.
* To communicate and collaborate with external teams and stakeholders across the business.
* To work closely with team leads and senior engineers to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and processes.

Requirements
">
* Proven experience in software engineering within a modern delivery environment, ideally aligned with our tech stack.
* Strong understanding of web, mobile or backend technologies and standards.
* Experience in Agile delivery teams, comfortable working in fast-paced sprints and collaborative team settings.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
* Working knowledge of databases and Jira or similar platforms.
* Great problem-solving skills and the ability to assess technical risk and mitigate proactively.
* Knowledge or experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
