Offer description

We help companies (big and small) grow. We work with major brands such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Dell, and with privately-owned companies in the Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software, and FinTech sectors in Australia.
Who we are looking for:
This role is suitable for a Marketing Account Manager with 5+ years of experience. Joining our small yet highly collaborative team, you will enjoy significant autonomy and excellent working conditions, including the flexibility to work both from home and the office. You will closely collaborate with our CMO, CEO, and the General Manager, working alongside internal teams, contractors, external teams, and sub-agencies.
What to expect:
Work alongside skilled professionals, including Strategists, Marketers, Analysts, Designers, Developers, Content Writers, and other B2B marketing specialists.
Take ownership of campaigns and contribute to their success, from ideation to execution.
Why work with us:
We are a unique blend of strategists, marketers, and sales experts dedicated to one goal—helping our clients grow their business. As an agency, we stand out for being smart, commercial, and outcome-focused. Our client portfolio consists of Australian B2B firms, ranging from ASX-listed companies to fast-growing start-ups, primarily in the technology space. We're looking for an organised, results-driven, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Who you will work alongside:
Despite being a small team, you will collaborate with skilled account executives, salespeople, designers, developers, and full-stack digital marketers. Additionally, direct client interaction will be a regular part of your role.
Where we are located:
Our office is conveniently located at 680 George Street near Town Hall station. With several offices in the building and access to unlimited seats in a business lounge boasting extensive water and city views, we embrace a modern workplace that goes beyond a traditional office setting.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate experience in various marketing functions, including digital advertising, analytics, campaign management, client relationship management, content marketing, copywriting, CRM, data analysis, design, drip campaigns, event management, ideation, marketing automation, market planning and research, office suites, paid social, project management, SEO, social media marketing, and website management.
Commercially-Driven Approach:
Assist in managing end-to-end campaigns with a commercial focus, emphasising results and measurable value.
Strategic Thinking:
Contribute to developing and iterating campaigns to achieve optimal results, showcasing a growth mindset and commitment to generating leads that convert to profitable revenue.
Technical and Business Acumen:
Leverage technical and business skills to support planning and execution of campaigns effectively. Utilise tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, CRM packages (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), and design tools from the Adobe suite.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Ideally, hold an undergraduate degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
Highly value industry certifications such as Google Certifications (Ads, Analytics), HubSpot Certifications (Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing), Hootsuite Social Media Certification, or others.
Display kindness, empathy, politeness, and compassion while working as a part of our team-oriented culture.
Develop a deep appreciation of the B2B buyer journey.
Be outcome-focused, results-driven, and dedicated to adding real and measurable value.
Develop proficiency in Google Analytics, experience with at least one Marketing Automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot), and strong skills in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation tools.
Learn to brief, guide, collaborate with and execute work with team members, as well as support in managing external contractors and sub-agencies to deliver high-quality results.
