Real Estate Manager Opportunity
This role involves overseeing a portfolio of properties in Western Australia, working from various locations including home or on location in Narrogin. As a seasoned professional you will be supported by an experienced line manager with over 25 years of experience.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities for clients' investments
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently
* Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, rent collection, and arrears
* Process tenant applications
* Coordinate inspections with the support of an on-the-ground inspector
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
You require a registered property manager's qualification, two years of experience, and an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation. Additionally, you must hold a current driver's license and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
