We're now looking for a motivated Sales Associate / Admin Assistant to support our sales team and help drive exceptional client experiences.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting our Directors and office team across administration, marketing, and client coordination.
You'll be a key part of our growth journey — helping keep the sales department organised, professional, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting sales agents with day-to-day administration
Preparing contracts, forms, and documentation
Managing listings and marketing campaigns
Coordinating photos, signage, and advertising
Handling buyer and seller enquiries
Managing databases and CRM systems
Booking appointments and open homes
Assisting with social media and promotional content
General office and client support
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

* Confident communicator (written & verbal)

Previous real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential — the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
Requirements
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and reliable transport
* Strong computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office, portals)
* Well-presented and professional
