We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team at Galleon Gardens, where you will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial and client records, providing exceptional customer service, problem-solving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the administration and support functions.
You will also play a crucial role in coordinating the admission process for our residents, assisting with recruitment and orientation, and managing employee data within relevant HR and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration experience preferably in aged care or healthcare
* Rostering and scheduling expertise is desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
* Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate etc)
* A willingness to complete a police check
