Williams Group Australia, a proud, locally owned family business, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in our Ballina store as a Timber, Hardware & Building Products Trade Counter Salesperson.
About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the business, with potential to transition into a full-time role.
As a Trade Counter Salesperson, you will be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers.
* Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
* Processing sales transactions efficiently.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked trade counter.
* Offering advice and solutions for timber, hardware, and building product needs.
* Supporting team members with general store duties as required.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in timber, hardware, or building products (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
