The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and service focused Storepersonto join the team based in Adelaide. Your duties will include:
* To provide receipt, processing, storage and dispatch of aeronautical product
* Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
* Dealing with internal and external customers
* Loading and unloading of stock
* Ensure aeronautical parts are checked and airworthiness documents are in place
* Undertake regular stock take processes
* Work in accordance with airworthiness requirements
* Identify and act on opportunities for improvement
* Take all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others
* Actively participate as a team member to achieve team goals and deliver to the customer
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching
* Experience in spare parts, inventory and manufacturing environment - desirable
* A current LF Forklift, High Risk Work Licence - preferable but not essential.
* Knowledge of and/or experience working with aeronautical product - preferable but not essential
* Previous dispatch experience – International, Interstate, Local
* High attention to detail.
* Experience using inventory management IT systems – IFS desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A passion and drive to deliver to keep our customers flying.
