We are seeking Consultant / Specialist Anaesthetists to join a large, modern, and rapidly growing teaching hospital in one of Victoria's most vibrant regional cities.
You will :
Provide specialist anaesthetic services for a broad range of adult and paediatric surgery (excluding cardiac, neurosurgery and transplant surgery)
Deliver high-quality pre-operative assessment and post-operative care
Share in the on-call roster for acute and emergency cases
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to anaesthetic trainees, junior doctors, medical students and nursing staff
Contribute to quality improvement, governance and service development within a busy, growing department

Large regional tertiary referral centre with broad surgical exposure
Accredited by ANZCA for up to 12 months of training toward FANZCA

Essential Criteria
Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent specialist qualification
