Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a rock-star quality Business Development Manager located in Perth, WA, with some travel to the Pilbara region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with the management team to meet company goals.
Qualifications
* Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
* Experience in creating and implementing winning sales strategies
* Strong communication and negotiation skills including tender writing, presentations, & proposals
* Knowledge of the civil construction, mining, and earthworks industries
* Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively to kick huge goals
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
* Previous experience in mining, civil construction, and/or earthworks industries is a plus
* Must be a team player, with a great sense of humour, a passion for their work, and a love of life
