Volunteer Programs Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Volunteer Programs Coordinator to join our team in Hobart Tasmania. This role is key in delivering exceptional volunteer experiences, supporting recruitment, training, and development while ensuring compliance with our frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of volunteers in alignment with our Volunteer Engagement Framework and compliance standards.
* Match volunteers to suitable opportunities across the organization, considering their skills, interests, and personal goals.
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote, grow, and support the volunteer program within the allocated region.
* Monitor and report on program performance, conduct regular reviews, and contribute to volunteer recognition and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
* Working with Vulnerable People Card with NDIS endorsement and child related activity;
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate;
* Reliable Car with Driver's License and Comprehensive Insurance.
* Relevant experience or tertiary qualification in human resources, allied health, social sciences, or similar.
* Knowledge of Australia National Standards of Volunteer Involvement.
* System experience in Carelink Plus, Better Impact or other Volunteer management systems.
