Key Job Responsibilities
* To provide professional administrative assistance to senior management and other staff members, supporting them with tasks such as reception duties, customer service queries, invoice processing and financial record-keeping.
* Ensure all customer interactions are dealt with promptly and professionally via telephone or in person.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
1. A secondary school education is required. Relevant tertiary qualifications may be advantageous but are not essential for this role.
2. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal which enable effective interaction with a diverse group of people including colleagues customers suppliers etc.
3. The successful applicant must have strong computer literacy particularly in MS Office suite proficiency experience working within office environment preferred highly organized detail oriented self-motivated proactive team player minimal supervision prefer hands-on delivery approach honesty integrity work ethic passion pursuing excellence genuine caring positive individual
