We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include providing evidence-based nursing care to patients across various departments, working collaboratively with doctors and allied health professionals, and educating patients and families on health management.
* Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across various departments (medical/surgical, aged care, emergency, or community health).
* Work collaboratively with doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
* Administer medications, wound care, and other clinical interventions as required.
* Ensure compliance with AHPRA standards, infection control protocols, and healthcare regulations.
