We seek to strengthen our NSW team by putting a call out for a highly enthusiastic height safety professional.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the job is done in the safest possible manner to avoid injury to all people around the area. The successful candidate will monitor work in dangerous environments and be responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that work is stopped immediately if hazards arise.
**Responsibilities:**
* Have access to a working mobile phone so that in the event of an accident, you can call emergency services immediately;
* Understand the task to be completed, the actual or potential hazards involved and any other planned activity on the worksite including the movement of machinery/vehicles and plant;
* Maintain visual or radio contact at all times with technicians whilst they are on the roof;
* Be committed to make all situations safe, this includes being free of distractions when performing the spotter tasks;
* Be aware of any hazards that may exist, and must anticipate situations to help to prevent incidents;
* Be fully conversant in the identified emergency response rescue plan contained in the SWMS document for the task supplied by the technician;

* Have current drivers license;
