Ventia's Indigenous Participation team, TRECCA, is currently seeking applications from Local MOB in the Katherine Region—Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people interested in building a long-lasting career within Ventia across NT Defence sites.
We are open to starting with flexible hours, even 3-4 hours, to help you transition into our business.
The TRECCA team is a First Nations Participation Team and an initiative of Ventia.
We work closely with First Nations Australian communities, creating connections and redefining how we connect within these communities across Australia to support employment pathways into Ventia.
We will conduct a two-day Induction and Training at Ventia on Tuesday 29th & Wednesday 30th April 2025.
This program aims to support local Indigenous Australian Job Seekers to work in Hospitality, Land Maintenance, or Cleaning roles on our Defence bases in Katherine, Tindal RAAF Base (approximately 10 km south of Katherine and 300 km south of Darwin NT).
The Roles Available:
Hospitality Attendants: General hospitality site operations, including front-of-kitchen support and cleaning mess sites.
Land Management Attendants: Maintenance of grounds, lawn mowing, and land care activities.
Cleaning Attendants: General cleaning across the base accommodation and offices at the RAAF Base.
If interested, please register below and contact Shaun Hill, Trecca Indigenous Participation Manager, at 0487 254 803.
