Join an Australian national manufacturing company that delivers innovative products, services and solutions to the agricultural sector. The company is seeking a proven Senior Sales / BDM to manage a geographical territory from Maryborough to Coffs Harbour and out to Toowoomba.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage a set geographical sales territory.
* Call on specialist rural resellers, landowners and graziers.
* Provide technical advice and tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
* Educate the market, prepare proposals and reports, and follow through the sales process.
* Establish and maintain relationships with major key customers and regional end users.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry.
* Successful development of relationships with specialist rural resellers and end users.
* Experience managing and developing major/key customers and regional accounts.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, organized, resilient and an effective communicator.
* Adaptable, IT literate and able to work autonomously as part of a national team.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary $110–120K + car, bonuses, super, excellent bonus structure up to OTE. Travel required.
