This long-established Tweed Heads firm (operating since 1947) is seeking a Senior Accountant to take over a loyal $450K portfolio as a long‐term team member transitions in the coming future.

The Firm
* 1 Director‐led practice
* 11 Accountants in‐office + 1 offshore
* 2 Administration (incl. Practice & Office Manager)
* Diverse client base – sole traders to large companies, trusts & super funds

Most of the team have been here 8–15+ years. One team member has been with the firm 36 years. The culture is close‐knit, supportive and built around trust.
The Role
You'll manage your own portfolio of clients worth around $450K
Preparing full sets of financial statements
Tax compliance & advisory work
BAS & IAS preparation
Client relationship management
Software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL (SMSF handled by dedicated specialist)
