Job Description
Location: Easter Suburbs
Salary: Up to $170,000 + super + fuel
Are you a skilled Foreman with a passion for quality craftsmanship and high-end finishes? Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee luxury residential projects from site set-up through to completion.
Our client specialising in bespoke, high-end residential builds. Their projects demand the highest standards of attention to detail, coordination, and workmanship. They work with top-tier architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
As Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the site, from initial set-up to handover
* Coordinate trades and subcontractors efficiently and professionally
* Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
* Monitor quality control and ensure premium finish standards are met
* Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients where necessary
* Maintain site records and reporting
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Foreman on high-end residential builds
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
* Organised, reliable, and hands-on approach
