The Role
As a full‑time or part‑time Rehabilitation Consultant – exercise physiologist, osteopath, occupational therapist or physiotherapist – you will leverage your clinical expertise to support and guide clients on their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. Your goal is to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach.
In This Role, You Will
- Gain a detailed understanding of clients’ injury history through initial needs assessments
- Conduct worksite assessments to determine what duties clients can complete to achieve short‑term and long‑term return‑to‑work goals
- Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs
- Facilitate a progressive return‑to‑work through tailored planning

What We Are Looking For
- Professional registration with ESSA or AHPRA
- Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Ideally residing in Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Dandenong or Frankston areas
