About the Role
Jacqui Eis seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to support our Chadstone flagship store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow within a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading a large team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving strong commercial results. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, leadership, and building a long-term retail career, with clear pathways for future progression within the business.
This Full Time position requires availability across weekends, late-night trading hours (where applicable), and public holidays.
A Day in the Life
* Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and team engagement in a flagship environment.
* Deliver personalised customer experiences that reflect the Jacqui E brand.
* Coach and develop team members to build capability and future leaders.
* Support daily store operations, including sales briefings, stock management, and visual merchandising.
* Lead from the front to create a high-energy, customer-first culture.

* Retail leadership experience with a strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
* Confidence coaching and providing feedback to develop others.
* A passion for customer experience and styling.
* Knowledge of store operations, loss prevention, and health & safety.
* An eye for visual merchandising and presentation.
