About the role
* Provide high‐level chairside support across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
* Act as a senior team member, supporting clinical flow and team coordination
* Deliver a premium, five‐star patient experience at every touchpoint
* Maintain exceptional standards in sterilisation and infection control
* Support training and guidance of junior team members where required
* Assist with administrative and clinical systems to ensure seamless operations
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in a senior capacity
* Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (required)
* Are confident supporting complex and high‐end procedures
* Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and problem‐solving skills
* Have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
* Are tech‐savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
