About the role
Goldenwest Blinds & Curtains is seeking a talented Sales/Administration professional to join our team in Busselton, WA. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing quote/orders, and supporting the overall administrative needs of our busy showroom. As an integral part of our close-knit team, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's continued success.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone
2. Assisting customers with product selection
3. Processing sales and quotes accurately and efficiently
4. Handling customer inquiries in a professional manner
5. Maintaining detailed records and updating client information in our database
6. Supporting the administrative functions of the showroom, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks
7. Collaborating with the design team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably within the home furnishings industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office & Xero)
5. A team player with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
6. A keen interest in interior design and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
