Finance Business Partner Sydney based NFP | Hybrid Working | $130k Super Salary Packaging A well-regarded Sydney-based not-for-profit organisation is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing finance team. Operating in a purpose-driven and research-led environment, the organisation plays a significant role in supporting nationally recognised programs and initiatives. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will partner closely with operational leaders across the organisation to provide financial insight, support strategic decision-making and contribute to the continued development of reporting, planning and analytics capability. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and meaningful organisational initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational leaders and cost centre managers to provide financial insight and decision support Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business case support Analyse cost centre performance and provide commentary on risks, opportunities and operational performance Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of management reporting, dashboards and financial systems Support the preparation of financial submissions and reporting for government and funding bodies Assist with internal and external audit processes Contribute to the development and improvement of finance policies, planning frameworks and processes About You CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) with relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering Strong financial modelling, analysis and budgeting capability Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset Ability to operate autonomously while building strong internal relationships What's In It For you?
