* Allocate jobs, raise purchase orders, and ensure high-quality work.
* Coach, mentor, and provide technical support to team members.
* Manage administrative tasks including job documentation and workshop maintenance.
* Oversee workshop safety standards and operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Mechanical Trade Qualification (Automotive or Diesel).
* Experience as a Technician in mechanical servicing and diagnostics (forklift experience advantageous).
* Desire to move off the tools and into a supervisory and administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good computer literacy.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team.
