The role
We are currently looking for several hiring experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants across Bickley, Beechina, Boya, Carmel, Chidlow, Darlington, Forrestfield, Glen Forrest, Gooseberry Hill, Greenmount, Gorrie, Guildford, Hackets Gully, Hazelmere, Helena Valley, High Wycombe, Hovea, Mundaring, Mahogany Creek, Mt Helena, Kalamunda, Koongamia, Lesmurdie, Maidavale, Malmalling, Parkerville, Pauls Valley, Pickering Brook, Piesse Brook, Reservoir, Sawyers Valley, South Guildford, Stoneville, Walliston, Wooroloo.
We have a permanent part-time role available, offering shifts Mon, Wed and Fri. If you are available for some or all of this time period then we would love to hear from you
Our Domestic Assistants support clients to undertake domestic tasks in the home as prescribed within the care/support plan, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence where possible. Responsibilities include a range of domestic tasks including making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor, with some social support in the community. Domestic Assistants will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.
Servicing the following suburbs: Bickley, Beechina, Boya, Carmel, Chidlow, Darlington, Forrestfield, Glen Forrest, Gooseberry Hill, Greenmount, Gorrie, Guildford, Hackets Gully, Hazelmere, Helena Valley, High Wycombe, Hovea, Mundaring, Mahogany Creek, Mt Helena, Kalamunda, Koongamia, Lesmurdie, Maidavale, Malmalling, Parkerville, Pauls Valley, Pickering Brook, Piesse Brook, Reservoir, Sawyers Valley, South Guildford, Stoneville, Walliston, Wooroloo.

About you
* 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience
* A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
* Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.
* Align to Silverchain Groups COVID-19 vaccination policy which requires evidence of vaccination against COVID-19, or evidence of an authorised medical exemption.
