About Our Head Chef Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pub meals with a creative edge.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a busy pub, bistro, or casual dining setting. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a passion for fresh, contemporary pub food, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements
* Proven right to work in Australia.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef.
