**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in roofing and carpentry.
- Valid Forklift Licence.
- Valid Scissor Lift Licence.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Working at Heights Certificate.
- Strong understanding of construction safety and workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Non-student visa holder; eligible to work full-time in Australia.
