We're seeking a motivated Coach to join our team and play a vital role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy. This position focuses on mentoring participants to overcome barriers, develop tailored plans, and foster a work-ready mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations are at the forefront of your focus.
* Effectively support a caseload of participants by providing guidance and direction.
* Achieve individual and team KPIs in line with our requirements.
* Deliver coaching and support to participants in line with our Service Delivery Model.
* Build rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans based on strengths, goals, and support needs.

Requirements
* Prior Employment Services experience.
* Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
* Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
