Lead Before and After School Care Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Before and After School Care professional to oversee daily operations and strategic development of our program.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to children in a before and after school setting.
The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with schools, families and local community groups, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
About the Opportunity
* Develop and implement programs that promote physical, emotional and social well-being of children
* Work closely with Regional Coordinators to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
* Build positive relationships with schools, families, local community groups and contract partners
* Manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and their families
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of the program, including supervising staff and monitoring quality assurance
* Development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Coordination of staff training and professional development
* Monitoring and evaluation of program performance
Requirements:
* Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA
* First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate or equivalent
* Valid Victorian Working with Children's Check – employee check
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of employment
