Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for real estate agents, property managers, sales consultants, and administrative staff, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
* Maintain human resource records, personal files, and administer HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for all Ray White Truganina personnel.
* Provide advice and guidance to management on workplace relations policies, staff performance, disciplinary matters, and real estate industry HR best practices.
* Coordinate induction and orientation programmes for new real‑estate agents and staff, providing information on employment conditions, commission structures, licensing requirements, and career development opportunities.
* Deliver generalist, frontline HR advice and support to property managers, sales agents, and administrative employees on day‑to‑day HR matters and routine enquiries.
* Develop, implement, monitor, and review HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and strategies aligned with Ray White Truganina's business objectives and real‑estate industry standards.
* Assess training needs and coordinate training programmes for sales techniques, property management systems, customer service excellence, compliance, and professional development for real‑estate staff.
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws, real‑estate licensing requirements, fair trading regulations, and industry codes of conduct through regular audits and handle employee grievance redressal.
* Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics, oversee performance management processes for agents and staff, and manage organisational headcount aligned with business growth.
* Coordinate HR projects, manage stakeholder relationships with Ray White corporate network, and liaise with internal teams to support the agency's property sales and rental operations.
* Manage workplace issues, disputes, and complaints (e.g., conflicts between agents, property managers, sales teams).
* Implement WHS policies relevant to real‑estate work (office safety, on‑site inspections, lone‑worker safety for agents).
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, workplace relations, and WHS requirements, with proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to support a fast‑paced real‑estate environment and build effective working relationships.
