In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of our Launceston office, ensuring a seamless and professional environment for both staff and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Administrative Excellence: Manage the front desk, respond to inquiries, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintain accurate records and filing systems. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will be paramount.
2. Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management. You will ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace, fostering productivity and professionalism.
3. Event Planning: Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and workshops. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will ensure these events run smoothly and reflect Baptcare's commitment to excellence.
4. Team Support: Collaborate with the Community Services team, providing administrative support and contributing to the overall success of the department. Your positive attitude and willingness to assist will be invaluable assets.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
