Job Description

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
* Proven sales mentorship experience, including strategies to drive business growth.
* Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
* Excellent communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
* A strong understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
* The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
