We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Workforce Business Partner to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services for NSW Health Pathology, based in Newcastle.

In this role, you will work in close partnership with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver timely, high‑quality recruitment outcomes that support the delivery of critical pathology services across the state. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle - from workforce planning and talent sourcing through to offer, appointment, and onboarding - while providing trusted, strategic advice.


What you'll be doing
As a Recruitment and Workforce Business Partner you will be responsible for managing the provision of comprehensive, end‑to‑end recruitment services to NSW Health Pathology stakeholders.

You will provide professional, expert advice and support across a broad range of workforce and recruitment activities, working collaboratively with the business to understand current and future workforce needs. Through targeted attraction strategies and best‑practice recruitment processes, you will support the selection and retention of high‑calibre candidates.

Taking a holistic approach, this role also contributes to the broader employee lifecycle, supporting employees and leaders through each stage of employment and ensuring a positive, compliant, and consistent workforce experience.

* Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in healthcare or a complex organisation
* Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
