Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Coordinate – Supervise all food production activities and contribute creative input for promotions.
* Maintain Quality & Efficiency – Ensure responsible purchasing, proper storage, portion control, and minimal waste.
* Kitchen Operations & Equipment – Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and timely maintenance.
* Team & Training – Foster strong relationships across departments and oversee staff training programs.
* Financial & Compliance – Support kitchen financial management, drive HACCP standards, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Ideal Candidate
* Full Working Rights in Australia
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in In Room Dining or similar
* Ideal for a Chef de Partie looking to make the next step in their career
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
* An innovative and enthusiastic approach to menu planning.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Working knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety.
