Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashion
* Exceptional customer service & styling skills
* Ability to make informed decisions based on business needs
* Experience in leading, recruiting & developing a team
* Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Self-motivated & a strong communicator
