We have 1 x Permanent Part-time position and 2 x casual positions available, all based in Towradji and Warilla.
Your New Role
Supporting adults with complex mental health, intellectual, and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
Following positive behavior support and care plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and accessing the community safely.
Promoting choice and control, and showing willingness to participate in clients’ routines, goals, and interests.
Providing personal care with dignity and respect.

PPT rates starting from $33.82 - $36.90 per hour.

Some of Our Requirements
P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and your own vehicle.
Working with Children's check, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid, and CPR, or willingness to obtain them.
Ability to work day shifts and sleepovers (8:30 am - 4:30 pm day shift and 4:30 pm - 8:30 am sleepover).
Applicants must have full working rights and be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
