Warehouse team leader

Full-Time Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

Are you a motivated and experienced warehouse professional seeking to advance your career? Our client, a respected leader in the industry, is looking for a skilled individual to lead and optimize warehouse operations.

As the key person responsible for our warehouse team, you will be accountable for planning, organizing, and controlling all warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. You will oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with WHS policies and promoting a strong safety culture.

Duties include:

* Managing warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
* Overseeing stock control, including slow-moving stock and inventory discrepancies.
* Conducting regular toolbox meetings, workplace inspections, and risk assessments.

* Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
* Current High Risk Forklift Licence.
* Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
