Job Overview
This role provides high-level administrative support to academic programs and initiatives across the Academic Support Unit.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice and assistance with administrative activities, including student progression through programs and supporting QTPA (Quality Teachers Practical Assessment).
* Support school-based events;
* Enhance processes using best practice principles;
* Create a positive customer experience in line with the University's strategic plan.
About You
You are an effective communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to clearly explain processes and produce accurate documents. You manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence while working independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training;
* Extensive experience providing customer-focussed administrative support, including complex scheduling scenarios;
* Excellent stakeholder management, interpreting policies and procedures;
* Experience in organising and supporting events;
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in databases and Microsoft 365 applications;
* The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
