We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to play a pivotal role in this exciting program. What we are looking for Demonstrated experience in evaluating training needs and designing inclusive learning solutions. Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Ability to manage complex training programs and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
