Role: Educational Leader
Centre: Goodstart Melrose Park
Employment Type: Full time | 38 hours per week
Pay: $38.20+ per hour depending on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Educators in the centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
- Deepen the team\'s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Work with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current SA Working with Children Check
