About the Role

ABOUT THE ROLE
- In this role, you’ll bring your technical expertise and design experience to support commercial projects from concept to completion. You will:
- Work on various commercial and large-scale projects
- Generate 3D models and graphic presentations/visualisations
- Produce drawings, documents & specifications for various bespoke trade packages
- Develop and maintain a library of Revit model families
- Coordinate models seamlessly with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Apply building codes, the NCC, and Australian Standards to ensure all designs and documentation are compliant
- Provide support to site teams by coordinating and maintaining BIM models
- Support the growth of the Design Department and BIM management system
ABOUT YOU
- You have:
- A Diploma in Building Design / Drafting or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years’ experience in design, preferably in architectural or construction projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Autodesk AEC Collection
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Exceptional communication skills, confidently liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time effectively
- Solid knowledge of statutory Building Codes & Standards, and familiarity with the NCC and Australian Standards
