Job Title:
Head of Retail
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue and profitability growth through strategic planning and commercial acumen.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and implement mutually beneficial business development plans to grow the business profitably.
* Manage sales forecasts, inventory, and production to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Lead category reviews, promotional planning, trade spend management, claims, and accrual management.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop and launch new products to market.
* Report on account and category performance metrics.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and lead process improvement initiatives to eliminate waste.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
* Proven experience in managing national-level retail operations.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a small team.
* Attention to detail and ability to succeed in a results-driven environment.
