About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support within a high-profile federal government agency in Canberra.
* Provide internal-facing customer service and IT support.
* Perform application support and basic administration for business systems.
* Install and remove end-user computing systems.
* Manage workflows and support junior staff as required.
* Collaborate with other technical and business teams across the Agency.
* Resolve moderately complex technical issues and contribute to risk mitigation.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in IT Support, User Support, or Customer Service roles.
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
* Proficiency in Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or Business.
* Industry certifications in IT, Digital Services, or Business Systems.
