Your new role
* Manage end-to-end contract management activities aligned with Queensland legislative requirements
* Serve as the single point of contact for contractor management and stakeholder engagement
* Maintain accurate records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation
* Resolve contract-related issues internally and externally
* Oversee contractor onboarding, offboarding, audits, and meetings
* Communicate contract-related information to stakeholders
* Develop and implement improvement projects (BOS Routines)
* Support stakeholders in navigating contractor management systems and requirements
* Provide reporting and guidance on contractor management, SHMP, and improvement opportunities
* Participate in Field Leadership activities
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in contractor management or similar roles
* Knowledge of contractor management systems (Intelics, iAuditor) and Queensland Mining Act/Regulations
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
* Strong influencing and coaching skills with leaders in the field
* High-level attention to detail, efficiency, and effectiveness
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus active listening ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* SAP knowledge and audit facilitation experience highly desirable
