Good pipeline of work with projects in place for the next 3-4 years
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

**The Company**
- Residential and commercial builder developer that has been in business for almost 10 years.
- Their projects include custom homes, duplexes, townhouses, housing estates and childcare centres.
- They have a number of project sin the Central Coast area such as Gosford, Bateau Bay, Terrigal, Lake Haven etc.
**About The Role**
- The Site Supervisor / Site Manager will be required to manage a mixture of residential and commercial projects from stat to finish.
- Basic salary between $120,000 and $150,000 plus super depending on experience. A vehicle can be included if required.
**Duties**
- Manage day to day construction activities
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
- Ensure site WHS.
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities including trades and materials
- Maintain job site integrity
**Skills & Experience**
- Current Drivers Licence
- Relevant building qualifications
- Trade background (carpentry or bricklaying)
- Experience in managing residential home construction and commercial building projects from start to finish.
- Able to understand and interpret construction / architectural drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valuable attention to detail
