About The Role
We're merging two organisations to provide more health services to our community. A Merger Steering Committee oversees the process.
This project involves implementing key governance, staffing, operational, organisational, and health service changes to align and integrate the two organisations.
The Transition Project Manager will:
* Communicate with staff and stakeholders about changes and opportunities
* Create, manage, and implement the merger work plan with support from staff and the board
* Ensure merger work plan timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked
* Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory and legal requirements are met
* Report to and support the Merger Steering Committee
* Develop clear communication channels
* Oversee integration/separation tasks across all business functions
* Coordinate Day 1 readiness and ensure a smooth transition
* Support project evaluation and acquittal
