Description
Cummins Australia is seeking a strong Techno-Commercial mining professional to join us as an APAC Industrial Mining Territory Leader.
This role could be based anywhere within Australia.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide market strategy support and execution for the Mining segment in the region; main commercial support, responsible for driving OEM adoption and enabling DBU to establish and maintain optimal relationships with Mining end-users.
Support and develop the mining leadership for Pillar 2 (DBU business leader); ensure delivery of channel capabilities and management activities.
Monitor and ensure compliance with fleet performance targets for key accounts; address product performance issues and advocate for necessary field actions.
Collaborate with regional DBU Mining team, OEM, and end-user account teams; ensure effective communication at all levels.
Provide forecasting and demand planning for APAC Mining.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
10+ years of experience in the Mining sector, preferably in a Techno-Commercial role.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Deep expertise in the Mining sector and Heavy Horse Power products.
A service and customer-centric mindset to build lasting relationships.
University/College Degree or diploma preferred.
Additional Information
This role covers clients in Australia, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia.
