About the Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Lead and mentor educators within your room
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
* Support children's wellbeing, development, and inclusion
* Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
* Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child safety practices
* Room Leader experience, or the readiness and confidence to step into leadership
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A caring, professional approach to guiding children and supporting your team
Requirements
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications, or willingness to obtain
* A genuine commitment to early childhood education and care
* Applicants must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA).
