We are gearing up for a new site mobilisation and looking for experienced chefs to join us.
* 14 days on / 7 days off roster available

The Role
We require bulk cooking experience and a Cert III Commercial Cookery qualification. You will prepare buffet style bulk cooking for Breakfast and Crib lunch, or Dinner and Desserts.
You will work within a team of Chefs, kitchen utilities & dining room employees to deliver exceptional quality and service. Adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing meals for a diverse group of residents
* Managing inventory and minimising wastage
* Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a great customer experience
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Trade certified chef holding a minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery.
Additional requirements include:
* Experience within bulk catering environments
* Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures & operations
* Must hold a White Card or be willing to obtain
* Must have a National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
