Job Summary
* We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the field of sales and business development.
* The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an on-the-road sales representative, preferably with more than 2 years of experience in this role.
About the Role
* As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on civil and construction companies, managing existing customer relationships, and adhering to a weekly call plan to drive business growth.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and providing excellent problem-solving skills to customers on their projects.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Manage a portfolio of existing and new customers to achieve sales targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with existing customers.
* Participate in regular meetings and sales calls with internal stakeholders and external customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
* Assist the branch in the workshop when required and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Prior experience as an on-the-road sales representative, with at least 2 years of experience in this role.
* Product knowledge is not essential; product training will be provided.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
