Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning professional to lead our Consumer division's supply chain planning discipline. This role will focus on our Ryobi, AEG, Kango, Empire and PowerFit Brands.
As the Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain planning across Demand, Supply and Supply Chain engagement. You will work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams including Account, Product, Finance and Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of 5 professionals with varying levels of experience
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business outcomes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and operational goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
* Strong business acumen and understanding of statistical modelling for demand forecasting
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
